He’s definetly the most important and best signing I think. We obviously had better players who won more and where in better periods. But like you said he changed us and if he never came we could be anything now.

Got to be Howard Kendall, without him as a player and manager I don't know where we would be now and that all started with signing him as a player. I hope we name a stand after him at the new ground, obviously the "holy trinity" statue will be moved there too.

My memory is a little hazy how the mood was when we actually made the signing. @Nymzee could you shed some light on the subject?

I was frustrated because Ferguson was playing tricks or summit and he couldn't get registered to play for us for what seemed like ages but he was double plus boss when he played, awesome player in a poor side
