I’ll get the figures out when I can be bothered but it is mate.

Still remember you saying all summer that numbers and stats don’t matter to you as well

They don't matter to me.

But you are using stats to prove a point. Stats that do not exist.

Don't bother finding them mate, I'm just going to pop you on ignore as I find you incredibly tedious.

Great movement, good finisher, great work ethic, Niasse must be the only striker in history to still be labelled crap even with all these strengths. If your first touch is poor and your name is Lukaku it’s fine, if you don’t score any goals but your name is Calvert Lewin it’s fine. If you score goals but have a dodgy first touch and your name is Niasse then you belong in the championship according to some of our fans.

He has all the admirable qualities mentioned above. However he is a reactive player rather than proactive. Something happens then he reacts but doesn't offer the opportunity to make things happen. I cannot remember one pass from Rooney to Niasse yesterday and goodness knows he passed the ball often enough.

Does Oumar get an assist for Iceland’s goal yesterday?

And does Iceland himself get one fir Tom’s goal?

It’s just even after watching on TV, I am not sure if their lay offs came off a Palace player or not.

Not sure why people say he’s not technically gifted. His movement is superb, he’s got the whip hand on most defenders due to his movement.
It’s no fluke he’s in goal scoring positions, it’s not as simple as being “lucky”.

In the past people have given him a disservice, if you’d not seen the horror show performance against West Ham and Leicester in the final hours of Martinez’s reign, when he had no pre season, players downed tools and came to Everton after the winter break.
You’d think Niasse is just behind the “elite level striker” bracket, and more than of use to a top7 squad.

Should be rewarded with another contract, rather than sold.

Superb post.

Nightmare to mark.
Always on the move.
Fine finisher.
Works his nads off.
Fantastic attitude.
Vice captain after Seamus for me.

Excellent subsitute players but not good enough to play regular start games.
However, it doesnt mean we dont need him.
His effort and attitude always changes the games. I would say he is our Giroud.
