I thought Woolwich were taking over from THFC as the club being associated with anyone & everyone this window but it appears we are regaining our rightful place!

Spurs are between a rock & a hard place re-strikers. Cant afford the really big names but not in a position to take a punt on an 'unknown' as such. Personally i think Soldado pretty much fits the bill & is probably the best we can hope for. Heard talk that the fee (whatever it may be) is half upfront & 25% next season & 25% the season after & is extremely likely to go through very soon.

IMHO, Bale will be with us nest season but not the one after.

£18m is much more reasonable.

I doubt Spurs will pay the full buy out clause in the end, Levy is like Samuel L. Jackson is The Negotiator but better.
