Was thinking the same myself, is it to do with that super league competition? Big teams wanting players in early for that, and so the market is moving about a fair bit faster then normal
January signing that really, was just the deadline for option we had was 31 May.
Hopefully our new overlords have a structured plan of attack.

If we’re continuing with O’Brien at right back then we definitely need to improve on Mykolenko on the left - get someone with more quality in attack to replace him and I think we could step up a level (despite Myko being much improved under Moyes)
