Totally, Performances could be the same but if they've played a couple of games for a decent team then their value rises drastically.

Liverpool are classic examples of this and the money they get for some of their bang average unestablished players over recent years.

Duran has played probably 5 full games of premier league football. Nearly all of his goals have come off the bench.

When West Ham came in, I thought they should've sold. Clearly Villa were looking to sell too.
