West Ham potentially getting Kante and Tomori (scandalous he was overlooked by Southgate), along with Julen Lopetegui is very exciting for them. Would love to have Lopetegui at Goodison.

That's a lot for him. Thought he was poor.

What are we thinking about Ipswich? Seems obvious to bet them for relegation at 8/11. It looks a proper tough league this season. But they've spent some money and experience tells me it's hard to back a team for relegation; Sheff Utd, accepted.

I need one more for my annual anti-post acca and keep looking at them.

Southampton conceded far too many goals but Armstrong scored a bunch.
If he does his usual of churning up the 2nd tier only to bang in 2 or 3 in the top flight, they'll be right back down.

Good point. I like their manager, but he clearly will not bend on his style of play, which likely will get found out quickly in the prem. As you say, Armstrong is not prem quality - that's been proven. Good shout.

Muric is a serious signing for them. Might have kept Burnley up if he played more - sure I read Trafford had in his contract that he played 80% of the season? Only 25 as well, if they do go down it could be a straight back up job going by his stats in the Championship in 22/23.

Thought he was very poor in the PL mate, good in some situation, but prone to a gaff or two, thought it looked a level beyond him.
