True, and they should change it going forward, but it would be dodgy to retrospectively impose some sanctions on PSG now

Unpalatable as it is, they've followed the rules and exposed the loophole

UEFA should close the loophole, but they shouldn't take any action against PSG for it. It's their own fault for having a system you can get around
