Billy Liar has been the Chairman who has managed EFC through its longest period of failing to win a trophy.

His malign influence has been a weight on the club from the moment that the Fraud saw an opportunity to live well, obtain fame
and make money. Remember that Kenright has never put a penny at risk in the business; he re-mortgaged his Little Venice house in order to buy
someone else's shares and own a portion of the club.

Despite the arrival of money men Moshiri and Mr. U, RK' s influence is still important as he still controls a big stake but even I fail to see how we can really blame him for the miserable performance of the team.

The deal is one season in the Championship, then a full clear out, win the league at a canter and back in the Premier league without Kenwright involved in the club anymore.

Down, and straight back up.. That's the deal.

Any Evertonian who wants us to get relegated needs to have a quiet word with themselves. Our tenure in the top division is one of the few things we can still feel proud of, don't wish that away chaps, come on?

If the fans really wanted Kenwright to go then they could manage it. We got rid of Johnson.

However it would take concerted protests against him, game in, game out and all the unpleasant mudslinging crap that the process involves.

Despite the toxic atmosphere at Goodison over the past seasons, generally we aren't that type of bunch.

Maybe people aren't prepared for that, or maybe a majority of them aren't feeling that he should go, who knows.

Either way its not happening, and it is madness to even think we would definitely get out of the Championship after a season.

But even if your guarantee of instant promotion was a given, it would be a definite no. You never accept relegation, you never accept defeat.
