The deal is one season in the Championship, then a full clear out, win the league at a canter and back in the Premier league without Kenwright involved in the club anymore.

What a ludicrous question! This has to be a wind up?! Anyone who'd seriously vote for the championship is a moron of the highest possible order. We'd be down there forever. We almost certainly do a Leeds and be relegated again and spend the better part of twenty years fighting just to get back into the premier league, presuming we didn't continue to plumit further down. If you could guarantee an instant return to the Premier League, then yes, and it sounds like that's what the thread title implies. But in real life you can't guarantee that.
