If its a recurring problem and you havent already consult your GP, as far as I know there isnt much out there to cure it but you can get anything more sinister ruled out. Off hand two causes of dry eyes are as a side effect of some medications and prolonged exposure to tv or computers.

I think it's mostly caused by taking melatonine. And prolonged exposure to the puter. And that terrible binge from last night.
