....”I hear the sound of distant bums......”.

I think that’s the right words.
The Jim Reeves tune of Distant Drums -unrepeatable on here most sets of fans used it......they would get thrown out now :D
Over there Over there -{arms aloft pointing at the opposition fans }
I hear the sound of distant bums, and do they smell - like fudging hell....

Sung repeatedly you could hear the lyrics on MOTD......

We had joy, we had fun, we had cockneys on the run
But the joy didn’t last cos the &£&!&&£ tan too fast
= Seasons in the sun

Bring on Manchester Utd
Bring on cockneys by the score
Oh we’ll take you two by two and we’ll kick £&£& out of you
Cos Everton are the team that we adore
A Sousa marching song that one.

Inappropriate Language
Those were the days my friend
We took the Stretford end
We took the shed, the north bank Highbury,
We'd live the life we choose
We'd fight and never lose,
We were the boys...of Everton FC.

Used to to bang this one out when I was about 10 or 11 in the GSE, with my dad standing next to me laughing his head off.
Remember being in the scoreboard end at United mid 70s and the whole of the Stretford end singing this to us. But changed the words to
Your gonna fu**ing die, your gonna fu**king die, your gonna die, your gonna fu**ing die- over and over.
Took a few gulps when they were singing that ha

That was a League Cup match when we won 3-0. They didn't stop singing it the whole of the second half. Great away day though.

Probably to do with Holly Lodge School Girls...allegedly

Not too sure of the background , but it was a song sung by the Street End 78/79 , when I asked was told at Ugly,s club that there was some rumours flying around ?

The two I remember most being sung around the house by my dad were:
Ey, Aye Sandy scored the goal, Sandy scored the goal, Sandy scored the goal
Ey, Aye, Sandy scored the goal
That won the cup for Evertoooooon!

Obviously that refers to the 1906 Cup win but I have no idea how widespread it was or when it started, just that my dad used to sing it around the house when I was a kid, early to mid 60s.

The other one he sang a lot was:

Play up Everton, you're noted everywhere
Knock old Liverpool flying through the air.
If they ask for mercy, we've got none to spare
So play up Everton you're noted everywhere.
Also...
"When it's Spring again we'll bring again Ajax from Amsterdam"

Laughing at Ajax beating the RS in a European tournament. Can't remember the full details.
My old man reckons it was the old Ajax the foaming cleanser gag did the rounds after they turned them over 5-1 allezlol

Their Wrangler Jeans must have been tight mate......... :D
I suppose you could get Wrangler flares Joey, which were usually worn too tight around the knackers. I always thought this was a bit of a weird chant, but it must have mean't they were crapping themselves in the face of the Mighty Blues.

60's chant from the brilliant Golden Vision film:

When you hear the coppers shout, hey put the candle out
We are the Goodison Gang
We have no manners we spend our tanners, we are respected wherever we may go
Marching down the Goodison Road
All the windows open wide
When you hear the coppers shout, hey put the candle out
We are the Goodison Gang
