Had forgotten about that. I can remember trying to guide my mum there every time we went in.

My dad grew up in Mill Street, not too far away from where you did by the looks of it.

Lewis's in town used to have one of those counters. Every day I used to spend 5p of my school dinner money on a 'bag of brokies' and then spend the rest on the machines at the Las Vegas arcade next to Lime Street Station.
