I still start chanting his name if ever their song comes on. It was the first, and only, Anfield derby I decided not to bother with as we 'never' got anything there in the years before.
Crazy now to think that going 8 years without a win somewhere felt like a lifetime back then.
I was 12 years old last time we won there (League Cup) and turned 20 in 1995 so those were the years when results still really, really mattered.
I went to work that day, couldn't believe it when I heard we went 2 - 0 up.

My word, I just realised I was only 19 last time we won at Stamford Bridge!
