No, I posted that photo which raised a big debate - the conclusion was a friend or a member of the ground staff ... LOL - it needed Sherlock Holmes it is not any player on the books at that time it was concluded by many posters .....

Definitely not a player so it looks like the mystery will remain unsolved. It would have been taken in January 1978, the Monday after we beat Villa 4-1 in the Cup. Boro away came out of the bag which was not a good draw on or off the pitch. We lost 3-2 despite a late comeback and there was carnage on the way back to the station.
