Several years back one of the local tv stations sent a reporter out to the city centre
Asking the older generation what there memory was of Everton v lpool march 1967
This guy came over and they asked him do you remember the game
Yes he said I was in goal for lpool that day Tommy Lawrence

I never really minded the flying pig. I channelled most of my adolescent hate towards T Smith Esq.
