The great Irish Peter Farrell who captained us back into the big time, and we have been in the top division ever since as we came up the other lot went down - for @Bluerover -

Norman Borrowdale was brought in from Rugby League by Harry Catterick in 1961 to upgrade Everton’s medical provision for players. After passing away he was replaced by Jim McGregor.
