Dec 12, 1908 - Everton 1-0 Sheff Wed. Before there was Dixie Dean, one of Everton’s goalscoring heroes was arguably Bert Freeman. His goal here was the 10th consecutive game he had scored in, his 23rd goal of the season & he’d go on to score 38 goals in 38 apps for the season.
