.......the replayed League Cup Final I think. Souness produced one of the best individual displays I ever saw that night, we were outstanding and he single handedly won the game for the Reds. It poured that night but disappointing as it was I came out of Maine Rd knowing the tide was turning and we were better than them. Souness was magnificent, though.
