I noticed the old watering galvanised watering can there though - not a cheap plastic watering can - plus I doubt I would have criticised his watering régime being Moggsy lol

I bet Moggsy doesn't wear gardening gloves when potting up (like Dobbo).

I always remember a goal he scored in the 1970 European cup game in the first 2 minutes v BM the German champions & cup favorites at Gooison in the park end - It was a wet night he definitely crossed the ball to big Joe running in - the keeper was wary of Royle & made a mistake of taking his eye off the ball and the low cross went straight in for a goal....

Joe stated to him, it was a cross, wasn't it ? Even years later, he stated he meant to do the keeper at the far post - Joe just stated you never ever argued with him with a smile ......lol
