We got our first colour telly in 1976 just in time for the All Ireland which the Dubs won against our great rivals Kerry. Magic - I was 11

Strangely this picture describes how we were under his first job in player management. Fuzzy. Shame that year went badly and ended so ignominiously . Still his World Cup heroics in 1966 as a Tangerine will never be forgotten.

Maybe the new East stand that has just been announced to be built over the next few years will carry his name. It's only right ?
