….I assume Catterick is with youngsters who formed the basis of the ‘65 FA Youth Cup winning team. It was a time when U15 caps at schoolboy international level was a sign of true pedigree.

i think that’s John Hurst, Geoff Barnett & Gerry Humphreys on Catterick left shoulder.

HK in the England Squad - never chosen - I explained in a book on the Catt - he felt out with Alf Ramsey over players coming back injured badly when he had a note of the England medical team to say slight knocks - Tommy Wright was out for 6 weeks on one occasion .... This may have deterred Ramsey from selecting Harvey & Kendall on a regular basis for our country ....-
