I am sure i heard a story when Allen was that age ,he was training with Stanley Mathews and he was hitting balls down the wing to him.And Stan come up to him and said listen son just pass it to my feet . Little did he know he was telling a World Cup winner how to play football

Ideas the same story white shorted lazy Mathews refused to run on to any ball passed by Bally just ahead of Stan......harsh words were exchanged - hence Bally dropped next game ......

The maestro gave young Bally some solid and friendly advice about wasting balls in the air as Sir Stan was the ultimate dribbling assassin and obviously couldn't dribble with his head. Anyways soon after these words of wisdom to the wee man hey presto he went on to be a World Cup final matchwinner lol
