Two greats but only one played for England 40 odd times and was captain too. Harvey should have played a lot more for his country though. Great pic that. Was there on the kop that day. Good game but not as good a result as the 1966 meeting at BR ;)

Shows yer no one could get near him. That said, there should be a picture somewhere of him from the back, coming off with the Cup perhaps, because when he provided the cross for one of the goals, might have been the winner, he stretched and slipped. No one near him of course, but he deffo had a brown splash across his backside lol

That's when he had a mishap on the toilet lol
 

Born 110 years ago today; Robert ‘Bunny’ Bell. He scored 9 goals in a match for Tranmere Rovers and later served as a back-up to Dixie Dean and Tommy Lawton at Everton - bottom photo was Bunny signing for cover in 1936 he never reached Dixies heights, but did very well at Tranmere Rovers - he could not just get a break with the Blues .....A great Character & is in the Tranmere Rovers Hall of fame -
