We never played much in the severe winter the the underneath heating was a disaster in that era .....

Loved going to the reserve games at Goodison in the 1970's.

They had the small paddock in Goodison road open, and team line ups came on a piece of paper.

3-00pm Saturday's, and always some Lid with a little transistor radio glued to his ear, telling everyone how the first 11 were getting on away.
