28th January 1964 Jimmy Gabriel latches on to a Roy Vernon through ball and beats Paul Madeley before ramming it past Gary Sprake in the F A Cup Fourth Round Replay in a 2-0 win previous round we scraped a draw with a late retaken pen after Alex Scott missed - Roy Vernon made no mistake to force this replay Leeds were in the old Division 1....

5th March 1966 Fred Pickering adds the third against Coventry after Alex Scott had turned the ball back to him in a 3-0 win - notice again playing in white at home.......

23rd November 1964 Forsyth is left clutching at air as Fred Pickering's free kick fires home into the net for Everton's fourth and final goal against Kilmarnock in the Fairs Cup in a 4-1 win to progress- notice we are playing in white it must have been an era of all cup games we used this strip at home or away -
