Dave Hickson in a team managed by a fitness instructor Ian Buchan from a Scottish University who just believed get the team fitter than any other team & that was the key to success wel it never worked out he was replaced by John Carey - a funny story goes we were playing leeds away, and the bus the players were on about a mile away from the ground got held up - Buchan told the players to get off the bus get their kit bag & they all raced in to the ground - half time we were 4-0 down - the captain wryly stated to Buchan - marvellous it's because we are that super fit they put 4 past us boss....... lol
