iirc, soon after this The F A made clubs stamp thier tickets to help tracing wayward ticket sellers.
I got a ticket on the Monday night from an ITK, for the 1970 Chelsea Leeds replay at Old Trafford stamped Burnley F.C.
I was talking in the pub sunday lunch time on general footy matters and Saturdays drawn game and remarked...don't you always get somebody who'll tell you After the event - couldn't get a ticket? should've asked me, I can always get them, ended up giving it away etc, etc.
