Mick launched himself at the ball about 3 times in that melee. There was only ever going to be one player who scored a goal like that. I remember going mental in the Stretford end but then it all ended in tears like it did most times in that era....

Yeah, Joey got it wrong. It was the final, second replay. I was in the Stretford End as well. Clear view of Darracott letting the cross go right past him, with a Villa player just waiting to put away the winner. Couldn't believe it! He actually shaped to clear it, then left it! Absolute tosser!
