Reading the Mersey millionaires the Catt did the best to sign Archie Gemmil but Brian Clougth was prepared to sleep in his car then in his house when offered acomadation to bend his ear to join Derby - the Catt was losing his touch in getting star players in to disastrous consequences......

....I remember watching that team through the rounds. I was only 8. Jimmy Husband was a stand out for me. I’m a believer that FA Youth Cup winners have a future star or two. Husband and Hurst were top players, though I think Hurst played as a CF in that team.

...yep, Barnett played in an FA Cup Final for Arsenal.

I think the programme was a single sheet of glossy paper and there was cinema music coming out of the speakers.
