Howard Kendall show applauded by Everton Football Club
Southport writer and broadcaster John Keith’s new stage show saluting the life and career of Goodison legend Howard Kendall has been applauded by Everton Football Club.
The show, Kendall’s Kings, drew an audience of almost 700 when it premiered last week at New Brighton’s Floral Pavilion and Everton FC tweeted : “ Another great show from @JohnKeithUK. We look forward to news on the next show.”
John, who presented the three-hour event and was joined on stage by Everton legends Colin Harvey, Peter Reid and Graeme Sharp, said : “We were all delighted with the size and response of the audience. They showed just how much affection and respect they have for Howard and what he achieved, both as player and manager.
