The open end opposite to where we scored Burnden Park v Man Utd. 23 rd April 1966..i reckon.

28th October 1972 Roger Kenyon drills home a shot to score Everton's first in a 2-2 draw with Ipswich -

29th March 1966. Manchester City goalkeeper Harry Dowd saves a shot from Everton centre forward Fred Pickering (partially hidden), in an FA Cup 6th Round Replay. in a 0-0 draw the 3rd replay at Wolves would see the Blues progress with a 2-0 win -

A little observation about the wooden railings at both grounds
At Old Trafford the tops were rounded.
At Burnden Park they were cut at an angle.....
