My Mates wife had a little boy at 4.37am this morning. Poor family planning you lot! Labour with a hangover cannot be good!

with our first (in n.z.) we were given the eve of the millenium as our due date, our scottish midwife was far from impressed.
first born there was first anywhere in the millenium so all the baby related companies were waiting to grab the millenium baby for advertising, it was said that with what was on offer the baby would be set up for life, as far as i know the parents turned it all down.

*tonga moved their clocks forward to try and cash in but it was done too late to be official, they could be ahead of n.z. timewise but choose to be on the same time for business reasons, apparently they would have to do it 2 years before for it to be officially recognised.

we were adamant that we would've called her millie as well if she'd been born in 01/01/00, we liked the name but it didnt seem to suit her when she was born in november.

Just got back from hossy. Baby Freddie Duncan Lavin was born @ 10.30 this morning. 1st born in Bury hospital so the papers are coming later. Baby's beautiful and mums looking well as well thankfully. Keeping her in till tomorrow. I took some pics so i'll post one tomorrow. Nice one for all the kind messages guys
