Too many false dawns so you're rightfully tentative to start spouting all that "turned the corner" business. As much as we would like it, its not likely that another Kevin Brock moment could spur us onto to winning the World Cup or something. Money is too big a factor these days.

But were lucky to have Moyes, and were doing it slowly. Would love us to win a goblet like.

If this recession hits clubs, as it is, then we may stand a chance of bumping into the Champions League pack next year as we have relative stability.

We'll finish sixth.

KENWRONG.

Chico, mate... Moyes has blooded some youngsters to this side. Against all the odds (and I was prepared for a worse season than we're having), we are in the top six.

We brought Fellaini who was a huge investment, but he's young and he'll be better next season. We have Rodwell who cost us nothing, Gosling didn't cost much and Baxter is waiting to step up.

Moyes has found us 2 new players for the next season, without spending a penny (Rods and Goose).

That's the way we should be heading.

With some accurate investment in a couple of real good players and a search amongst the end of contract players, I'm sure we'll have a chance of climbing further in the table.

I thought this season would be a step backwards in order to make two steps further for next few years. I think this step backwards wasn't so backwards and the foundations for a brighter future have been set.

Rodwell and Gosling coming through has been a major boost, both players look capable squad players already. Rodwell looks like he’s got an excellent future, you’d struggle to find a 17 year old in the whole of Europe who has both the physical and technical attributes to play in England at that age. I can’t wait to see him next season.

Hopefully Vaughany can finally come through next season, he’s missed a lot of development but he’s still got talent and his attitude is spot on. Even if it’s as a squad player he’d give us so much, he’s back in training now by the way. Nowhere near ready to be playing though.
