Literally last season. They were playing very well under Nuno, much better than they are now. We had McNeil and Doucoure on the break.
I thought Dyche had them 6th in the form table? They ended last season in very poor form too.
They’re 17th at the moment and on their third manager of the season. Only you could make out that they’re doing better than where Nuno had them last season. Give over.
Yes I think the Gorest team that played us a few weeks ago will be a different team tomorrow—last time we played them they had a few players doubtful with injuries and although most of them played they didn’t look up for it especially Gibbs White and Murillo the centre back didn’t play —- with the different squad we’ve got now I’d be made up with a point. Forest at 11/10 looks like buying money.Would love us to do the football masterclass merchant again, but can’t see it with the injuries and afcon, and the squad they have at their disposal, even thought Dyche will manage them and their expectations down.
Need McNeil and dibling to step up and do much more, which is why dibling should have had more minutes as he looks rusty.
Maybe we change the shape and go with two up top?
Take a point right now tbh.
Merry feckin Christmas!![]()
Watched them against city on Saturday they will give us a very hard game on that performanceYes I think the Gorest team that played us a few weeks ago will be a different team tomorrow—last time we played them they had a few players doubtful with injuries and although most of them played they didn’t look up for it especially Gibbs White and Murillo the centre back didn’t play —- with the different squad we’ve got now I’d be made up with a point. His “gaffer” is Dyche. He’s saying he wants Notts Forest to win. Thats why he disappeared from the forum for 24 hours after the last game.
We did well there last year, Doucoure with a last minute winner, was a class goal
That's all he did after a dross performance from him .....We did well there last year, Doucoure with a last minute winner, was a class goal
