I still think he's a decent striker with goals who could easily go on another run, and Steve Bruce obviously hopes that much too.

Have to say we've done really well transfer-wise if we can sell Anichebe for 5m, Jela for 5m, and bring in McGeady for peanuts when he went to Spartak for £10m. Hopefully we'll also sign Barry on a permanent contract.

Pretty incredible to sell both for 11.5mil rising potentially to 13.5mil. You do wonder what people see in them.
