It was embarrassing. In what other arena would an employer discuss an employee’s wages in a public forum?
...Bill still thinks the club is his train set. Private property the whole of that club.

In a way I feel sorry for Bill. He obvioulsy loves the club, but he's a dinosaur; watching him hold court's like seeing a punchy old pro trying to do needlepoint .

I think that his moment in the hot seat means the world to him, he is a true blue, not quite the legend he is made out to be but you could see what it meant to him and many Blues, so let him have his moment or maybe moments then we move on, anyone who can get that result out of this bunch of overpaid overrated players deserves that moment!

If you mean Kenwright, yes it is time to move on!
Yep.

...yes, and didn't needed to be paid anymore for it. Is Kenwright suggesting that the test of the Galoot being a legend is that he didn't extort more money for a one off game he's stepped in for?

Bizarre. The feller's puddled.
Its Bills analysis.
Ferguson did it because he wanted to. No way he would ever ask for money. Bill is being Bill.
But Fergie is no more or no less a legend in anyone’s eyes just because BI’ll comes out with one of his emotional comments

I'll be frank, it doesn't seem to make much sense, and I don't trust a word that comes out of his mouth.

I'm focussed though on the expressed position (underlined there in that video by Bill) that emphasises the one game.

I might be reading it wrong, but there's been a major emphasis on today's game both befoe and after it happened as it being the extent of the remit for Ferguson.

Again (and I know how tardy this board are), I think there's a vibe from them that this managerial vacancy will be filled by the United game.

Probably wrong, but that was my point.

I know. I didn't suggest it was his idea.

He was clearly inebriated making that speech and it was poor. I’m also drunk posting this but I’m not the Everton Chairman.

There's no doubt that's the impression given. If Kenwright was not prone to getting carried away and blurting out things that prove wholly untrue I'd take that point very seriously.

They may get someone in that they had pre prepared, but don't rule out letting things run with Duncan for a bit. The people running the club don't seem to run it in a cool and logical way. There's little consistency.

you feel sorry for bill who has solely created everything you apparently stand against ? question is who is the biggest fraud you or him ?

I agree with your last line. Now I;'ll make you and @MarcelsGoat laugh: I;m hoping that Brands being there means we ditch that legendary tardiness and have someone who's been compiling a short list for weeks...his responsibility, after all, for a club in crisis.
