We may still see in the short term some lads being brought in for fees from elsewhere to jump start things in the older academy age groups. As seen with our attempts to get Cadamarteri's lad.

Coached a little bit and been round grass roots on the Wirral. And can safely say Everton are well down the pecking order (due to lack off effort and resources) way behind City, RS, Utd. Hell even Crewe and laterly Wrexham make an indent over here.

It'll take a long time for the fruits to bear in overhauling our academy from U7s upwards.
