Basically any time you think you’re more likely to score it than to win in OT. I think with Washington playing against a backup QB you can argue they’re equipped to win it in OT and shouldn’t go for it. Of course if you can’t trust your kicker that’s a different thing too.

disagree, the giants coach is likely getting the boot so he has no incentive to lose as he wont get the benefit of the high pick.
