As bad as Russ has been this year, yesterday was proof there is something fundamentally broken with the Broncos offense. Sometimes a new QB gives you a lift. They could have played another 10 quarters yesterday and not scored again.

Anyone on the coaching staff having anything to do with that offense needs to go

I can't remember seeing an offense this bad, relative to the talent, in the NFL for a long, long time if ever

It is genuinely terrible. They would almost be better off with a bad defence too, because their quality there only serves to really highlight how especially awful they are on the other side of the ball. At some point, their D will stop being arsed if something doesn't change and drastically. They need to fire Hackett with Premier League haste imo

Good first half for the Bears, offence actually looks competent!
Something to build if the defence decides to actually play against zappe 2ns half

That was an embarrassment by Tampa. Brady is turning into LeBron James bullying the Lakers into doing his bidding because no one can tell him no. Who lets their starting QB and team leader attend a wedding the day before a game, for an owner he doesn't even play for?

That's pretty much the arrangement though you agree to if sign a player of their magnitude at that stage of their career.

As ironic as it is he was taking time off to go to his old to quote belichick "no days off" org wedding, Tom Brady wasn't signing with a team who wasn't allowing him this freedom because he was tired of feeling restricted in new england- allegedly- which I believe has been evidenced by his actions over the last year. It's not like Tampa thought they were getting something else, perhaps he is taking advantage of it, but you're pretty much just complaining about these guys existence in the league.

It's not like they're swindling franchises, everyone involved knows what the deal is at that point.

Seattle owns their first round pick next year. Currently the number 6 pick. Let the tanking begin!

What a performance by the Bears tonight, completely dominant on the road at the patriots.
Worth being knackered in the morning for a change!

It’s just a very weird spot to be in as a fan now. If I complain I sound like an ingrate, but on the other hand we’re being treated with a certain level of contempt by Brady.

Maybe he just was wrong about coming back for one more year? I would respect it if he was like, you know what, I made a mistake, I thought I had one more year in me but I guess I didn’t, it was not worth all this upheaval in my personal life, and I’m sorry. He certainly wouldn’t be the first athlete to make that miscalculation, and things like that happen all the time in the rest of the working world. I had a new boss come in from across the country last year but it didn’t work out for anyone, and she left a few months later.

In fairness to Kev, the 49ers do have a definite top ten, possibly top five defense. Eagles, Cowboys and Bills are the only ones I can think of immediately who are definitely clearly better.

Early days yet though.

Oh yeh I agree, definitely top 10, maybe top 5 when healthy.
It was the fact he said they were thee best was annoying. There's no need to blow smoke up Mahomes ass, we all know he's unreal without extra hyperbole

I love his uncontrollable adherence to an obviously flawed narrative. Kansas wins solely due to Mahomes, but losses are NEVER his responsibility - even the ones where the rest of the team plays at an elite level and he melts down.

You just know he's got a lifesize cardboard cutout of Mahomes, with a little hole where the mouth should be.

as I've told you already, the Chiefs barely lose, so not a big enough sample size to ascertain who is responsible for what. I certainly wouldnt blame Mahomes for losing to Buffalo for example.
