You seem to think that its all swings and roundabouts - actually its probably why you think Everton's form 'will change' because 'form isnt real' as you weirdly put it elsewhere.

Form is real, and you need to understand that badly coached teams consistently lose (Everton) and well coached teams consistently win (KC) - things dont just reverse course one way or the other out of the blue for no reason. Its not the probability/coin flip game you seem to think it is.

As far as margins go, I would say Baltimore dont have a proper offense, and that Harbaugh as a coach is on a level or maybe even 2 levels below Reid so that he can overcome those offensive problems.

As far as the Chiefs last 5 games go, the only one which Vegas will have marked up as even vaguely competitive is the Chargers game - just check the lines each week and see, they wil be nearly double digit favourites for the rest - that should show you why I'm confident.
If form is real why is KC so much better now than at the start of the year?

Coaching is not form, which seems to be what you're saying there. Those are different things.

Reid and Harbaugh are different. Andy is the offense, Harbaugh is not. Greg Roman is the Ravens OC and what he's doing is frankly deplorable right now. Whether they're going to fire him or not in the offseason is basically going to make or break the next several years because the ceiling on what they can do with him is very defined.

The Chiefs offense has still only cleared 20 points one time in the last 6 games and that was when the Raiders decided that they were fine not doing the stuff that has worked to slow them down. Now the Chiefs defense has come alive and is scary, but you can lose any game when you aren't hitting 20 points without the aid of turnovers.

Ok I agree the chiefs are better now than they were as a team - though offensively they may actually be worse than when they were 3-4. The d for whatever reason has decided to play like top 3 unit.

As far as why Reid is a better coach than Harbaugh, I think the above is proof that he is what a coach should be - someone who always finds a way to win in the end whatever the circumstances - not only an offensive whizz.

Why can’t Harbaugh get the ‘o’ to function? I agree Spags is a good co ordinator but the defense is far from filled with superstars.

Lastly Poor teams don’t ‘snap out of it’ - well coached teams do. Everton are a badly coached unit who are one of those that can’t rely on coaching to reverse course.

Ok but again the last paragraph is about coaching and not form or momentum. You're right by the way, well coached teams are able to evaluate what teams are doing to them and fix it.

Harbaugh has never been a hands on coach in terms of developing the offensive schemes and such. It just isn't what he does. I think saying he doesn't find ways to win is a bit odd because that's genuinely what his main skill is, putting together just enough to squeeze out wins, but what is frustrating is that again puts a ceiling on how good you can be.

Also I find it amazing that you're classifying Reid as "always finding a way to win." Let's just say two years ago that would not have been the narrative.

A winning percentage of over .700 is one of the highest in nfl history which is what Reid has in kc. Substantially Higher than Harbaugh who had been far more up and down as a coach until recently. Assuming therefore you mean playoff games only when you talk about the prior narrative and you may have a point although remember he was dealing with Alex Smith aka captain checkdown then.

Well like his whole time in Philadelphia happened.

The truth is probably somewhere in between fwiw, he was never a choke artist like he was portrayed for years but he's also not suddenly become this excellent manager of games so much as he's gotten more elite talent in his corner than ever before. He's a great coach no doubt but if we're being honest he's not really had an answer for how teams are slowing his offense this year so far. Spagnuolo has bought him time.

Well Philly was 10 years ago he’s a different coach now I’m not sure it’s fair to go back to those days to evaluate his current coaching. I appreciate why you’d want to give Spagnulo credit I think he’s a good coach. Would he be so good under a different head coach? I don’t know and personally I’d be backing the head coach with the .700 winning percentage and no losing seasons at all in kc as the main reason for success but that’s me looking for the most obvious answer.

The guy who was the DC for a Super Bowl winner? Yeah he'd be fine.

Well yeah but he’s also had some of the worst defenses in league history (saints/giants) so he’s hardly got an unblemished record. It’s clear he’s got the measure of the d with the chiefs though.
