The handball has to be deliberate. Nothing about gaining an advantage. The laws of the game are easily accessible, google Fifa Law 12.

It was a rubbish header that then came off his hand. He could not and would not have intended it, hence it is not against the rules of the game.

However, going off the replay from the view of the goal side official who disallowed it, I suspect he didn't see the header and just saw him handling it in, so suspected intent. He then should have been cautioned.

I've grown to love him this season, I've put a lot of bets on him scoring goals and he pretty much always delivers. A few times he's scored in the last minute of stoppage time too, some boy! Not a fan of his antics at times but he's a brilliant player, future best in the world without a doubt.

Yep, especially considering his stats are far superior to that of Hazard who was the player of the year in the Premiership

He had an inconsistent 2nd half to the season upon his debut year with the club but I thought he showed marked improvement this year...Perhaps even more remarkable is how much better this attacking trident of Neymar, Leo & Suarez can become still...Has to cut down on his diving, occasionally ponderous decision making & finishing...Yet, 39 goals & 8 assists

You can say Neymar is good without taking pop shots at other leagues

He's either good or he isn't, other players don't come into it

Hazard is very good too btw

It's the world football forum of GOT where we do tend to welcome fans of other clubs. It's only natural for him to talk up his team. And considering the way most people generally compare stats of players from different teams and/or countries I would have to say it's fair game to mention Hazard as he plays in a similar position.
