Neymar is 21. During the 96/97 season, when Ronaldo was 20-21, he scored 34 goals in 37 league games (47 in 51 in all comps) for Barcelona.

People are just desperate for another Brazilian icon. Neymar isn't close to Ronaldo yet, although they're different types of players to be honest.
