We've been told to be patient and that everything is ok, but clearly SOMETHING of significance has popped up when you go from the BBC confirming the deal to this. @The Esk, what are we to make of this because this is now beyond dotting the i's and crossing the t's.

If Richard Askam is correct, then surely there is not an agreement in place either with Koeman or Southampton, or both?

I was relaxed about this over the weekend and prepared to give the benefit of the doubt, but it is more than a little concerning now, entering the 5th week since Martinez was sacked.

I wonder what Plan B is?

I think if the appointment isn't announced this week then there is something seriously wrong .

I do believe Esk but the longer this goes on the more chance of it falling through.

Would love to know the hold up because on the face of it , it paints us as amateurish right now in my opinion and I would think that is the last thing the new owner wants to portray .

I'm sure it's gonna come off fine but I must admit all the excitement has been completely drained from this appointment at this point.

No doubt I'll change my tune when I see Ronald holding an Everton shirt.
