I really hope @The Esk can explain why Moshiri thought he's the best man for the job? He hasn't won anything in about 8 years, failed pretty spectacularly in Spain and brought a Southampton team stability. I really just don't see what they see in him beyond "he already knows the PL".

He's without a doubt done well at Southampton but he's failed to impress as well.

-Left Benfica in less than 12 months.
- Was sacked from Valencia after somehow almost getting them relegated.
- Left AZ in six months after losing 7 of the first 16 games.

Saints fans on their forum saying that Koeman "has no ambition but greed".

Yet if any one of them were offered 3x their current salary and more resources to succeed going forward they would grab it no questions asked. If Koeman comes here, gets us top 4 or at least competing consistently, and someone like Barca comes in and steals him away, I'd be mad...but I'd get it.
