Not who I would have chosen but even saying that is ridiculous. A huge step up from Martinez.

Be interesting to see how it plays out with Southampton in the respect of whether he will look to sign anyone from there. Also interesting to see who they appoint. Credit where its due, their recruitment has been spot on the last few years.
