With Jose out the way, unless we're after Simeone or Zidane, I can't see a reason we can't get an announcement this week. All the contenders are now free to interview.

A Thursday announcement would be good, give the Jose news time to die down, but before the UEFA CL final takes headlines.

The word down here in the Midlands is that Villa wanted a quick decision and he wasn't prepared to jump, no doubt he is waiting to see if a prem job comes up, The Baggies could be one possibility, but he is not coming back to us, no way.
