Only thing he needs? Not quite mate, we don't see the stuff that goes on behind the scenes or the influence in the dressing room but you would have to be a fool not to recognise that a strong captain who doesn't give an inch during a match is important. The best captains are leaders, they are winners, they set the tone and set the example. For far too long we've had a Mr nice guy, it's time we had a snide.

....not sure he’s a die for the cause player, though. Silva and most on here like him, which is fair enough but he wouldn’t be a regular starter for me.
