Crikey has anyone actually seen who we play in our remaining games? And people are worried we can’t win 3 of them?? LOL.

We were abysmal yesterday no getting away from that but there’s reasons for that. Most self inflicted but also Arsenal were very very good. But with our strongest side out ( you’d imagine that will be the case again next Saturday) we beat an in form Leicester literally 4 days ago playing very well in the process.
 
Everytime someone starts one of these threads it all goes wrong lol I think it's gonna go right to the end, Davey Moyes West Ham as the final game of the season, tís written in the stars folks

Well yeah the season will definitely end at West Ham. That's not up for debate. But it's going to be an enthralling fixture as we battle Bournemouth for the coveted 9th place trophy.

o_O I meant the struggle for the coveted 40 pts will go right up until the West Ham game imo. That result yesterday is a blow to the teams confidence after the win against Leicester, back to square one again. With the lower teams starting to put the shifts in I'm having nightmares of playing Davey Moyes' West Ham whilst we are sitting on 37 points :pint2:

You need to relax. We need probably 2 more wins. We have as easy as run in as you could ask.

They absolutely hammered us at their place earlier in the season and I think the Mahrez factor was hanging over them on Wednesday.
 
We have these fixtures

HOME
Palace
Brighton
City
Liverpool
Newcastle
Southampton

AWAY
Watford
Burnley
Stoke
Swansea
Huddersfield
West Ham

We need anywhere from 7 to a maximum of 9 points for safety.

If we can't pick up 9 points from those 12 games then we desere to be liquidated never mind relegated.

I expect us to end on around 44 points. 3 wins, 4 draws and 5 losses would be my bet.
 
Probably pick them up. It's not this season I'm worried about it's over. It's the mismanagement from the board down that is perpetuating a decline that it will be very hard to arrest.

Haha mate how many "easy" runs and games have we messed up this season? We've dropped points to Burnley, Brighton, Palace, Southampton, West Brom (twice) and Bournemouth and we still have to play 4 of those teams again. 60% of me feels like we'll get around 43 points but the other 40% is genuinely concerned at Sam constantly chopping and changing especially the winning sides, the fact that there are a handful of bad eggs still in the squad and the fact that the majority of players we have brought in are struggling and the a majority of the ones already there aren't good enough or are injured etc. Something ain't right at the club that's for sure and I think it's perhaps naive to think that we are gaurenteed to stay up when all of the above is factored in. Bad times for EFC that's for sure.

Disagree Tim, I thought they ran rings round us and we couldn't handle their pace.

In any event, we got beat 2-0 and it felt to me like a comfortable win for them.
