From what I can gather, it's kind of a half-truth. The logo is to be removed, women threatened to switch brands, Always announced that they plan to remove the logo anyway and it has nothing to do with any transgender group putting pressure on them.

Could have been a bad period for the company, but they've appeared to have gone with the flow.
