To January 1987 and Ian Snodin puts pen to paper under the watchful eye of Howard Kendall, after signing for Everton from Leeds in a deal worth around £840,000. Snodin had also agreed terms on the red half of Merseyside but ended up collecting a championship medal later that year when the Toffees claimed the First Division title.
